Description
Replacement knob for the platen of either a Hermes 3000 or Media 3 typewriter.
Recommended printing materials are PLA+ or ABS for optimal results. The design ensures a snug friction fit on the knurled sleeves of the typewriter, and a small amount of superglue can be applied for additional security.
The file includes two versions of the knob. One version features a cutout to accommodate the left side screw on the platen. The other version is without this cutout, suitable for the right side, though using the Left on both sides should not affect functionality.
Additionally, a .STEP file is provided to allow for adjustments in tolerances.
