When working in a customer's office I noticed that numerous arm rests of
office chairs were broken. I took one apart (at home) and found a small
part causing the breaking of the mount. After a number of iterations I decided to eliminate the
side adjustment (this made it weak) and repaired 2 rests and then sent the file
to the customer so he can do the rest himself ;-)
