Lid Holder Hanger K1 K1C K1 Max

I liked the new handle for the top glass lid. But there was no hanger to put on side when wanting to have it off. Gcode to print lid handle , hanger, and combined will be in files. Sliced for k1 max, but shoud be fine in K1 and K1C as well. Gcode from Simplify3d
