Sandmann (Jon Blund) truck & trailer

This is the new truck with semi trailer.
Sandmann's truck is pulling the trailer loaded with trees/loggs.

The provided whole thing models of truck and trailer are for viewing in 3D viewer app.

Files: many shared with the snow plower car

• the modified frame/body
• the modified cabine
• wheels (two sizes you can choose from)
• the small steering wheel
• axles
• two seats available (with no base)
• luggage compartment with mount for spare wheel
• trailer mount point on the top

The trailer files are for using same sized wheels on both truck & trailer.
With smaller wheels on one of both the load platform level it sagg on one side.

When it comes to printing the parts.
I do printing the big parts from PETG, unfotunaly the new eSun filamen does not work properly.
Recommend the polish made Devil Red PETG, no longer on Amazon.
Look elsewhere.
The small parts and where precison is important I take black PLA.
The design uses standardized pieces and dimensions shared with other of the models I made.
The holes used for the fastener pins are 2mm diameter; axle shafts for the wheels measure 8.0 mm.

Bore the holes for the pins and on the wheels with a the apropriate drill 2 & 8mm BY HAND.
Adjaust then the diameter of the wooden pins and axle shafts by scratching/sanding away a bit so it makes a tigh fit.

For joining the pieces see the detailed on pictures.

For the window frame.
It needs some support. Print out at 0.1mm layer hight or so.
Even then it might need filing away the somee material from the underside of the tabs.
