Spring is back, time to start vegetable seeds so we really needed some easy and fast to print seed starters for our green house and garden.
They come in:
- 3 sizes (small, medium, and large) and you can basically scale them to any size you need
- and 2 designs (2x2 and 3x2)
This is not a fancy design but fast and durable. More than anything else I wanted this to be simple and mass-producible.
PRINTING. This should be a very simple and fast print. Ideally set line width to 0.5 mm (walls are 1 mm). Preferably use low vertical resolution for faster print. Infill does not matter. No supports needed.
FILAMENT. Use PLA for biocompatible kits or PETG if you want them to withstand higher temperatures. I use some
cheap and easy to print CF PLA for the seed starters (and in fact most other stuff I print).
Happy printing!
