Each luggage tag requires the following:

• black_ball-tag-core
• white_ball-tag-back
• white_ball-tag-button
• white_ball-tag-bottom

Additionally, the pokeball requires:

• red_pokeball-tag-top

Great ball requires:

• 2x red_greatball_tag_top
• 1x blue_greatball-tag-top

Ultra ball requires:

• yellow_ultraball-tag-top
• black_ultraball-tag-top
