I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, REGRETS, OR SADNESS. Do this at your own risk.

A common modification to the CRF250F is opening the airbox. To do this properly, this should be paired with an EJK, or even better, a proper tuner such as the plug-and-play Athlon ECU - https://www.lojaforcecam.com.br/modulo-ecu-athlon-force-cam-crf-250f?variant_id=129 (Message them on whatsapp for US shipping. These guys are awesome). These bikes are supposedly lean from the factory, so doing an airbox mod without a tuner may not be very useful.

Hyperlitemoto also sells a similar intake kit - https://hyperlitemoto.com/products/honda-crf250f-performance-intake-system - but I didn't like the idea of proprietary filters or taking out the backfire screen, and I wasn't going to spend $70+ on just the ram intake. I also didn't like that their ram had such a small intake hole, so on mine, I opened up the sides. This would lose some ram-induced airflow at high speed, but would allow more air at low speeds.

That-guy-771 on youtube has an installation video of the hyperlite kit - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn99GpLtJzs. Note: My design does not include screw holes and is a bit shorter in width than the hyperlite one. Print first to test fitment and then you can decide if you want to put holes in it for securing it or use something like RTV or another adhesive to secure it (my choice).

Printed in TPU. I decided to go with the screen option for now - the screen is just some window screen from home depot. The design with the printed screen is untested.
