Hobby Knife Blade Cap Collection

A collection of hobby knife blade safety cover caps for several sizes and models of hobby knives (like X-Acto & Excel, etc.). And, if none of these fit your particular model, I'm providing a simplified way to modify the design file to customize it to your own particular size, with minimal design experience!

Here are my design feature goals:

1. Designed to not roll on slightly slanted surfaces.
2. Reinforced tension slot edges to reduce breakage by layer line separation.
3. A bit Longer and wider blade slot to support 3rd-party blades with slightly different tolerances.
4. Tapering edge curves for easier blade insertion into the cap.
5. Easy printing, no supports or rafts required.
6. Source CAD file support to simplify making your own specific size.

This is a modification of my earlier design, X-Acto (Exacto) #11 Knife Blade Cap, "Tuned". The design is basically the same, but this source file contains extra spreadsheets defining the other cap size differences that I've tested.
