Description
Hey, welcome to my Thingiverse page. First, I may have a video coming out on this in a few days. This will show my print, the build, and thoughts.
Parts used:
Power pole connectors.
12 awg wire for 25 amp
These are the fuses/circuit breakers I used - https://amzn.to/4bfhQaP (Amazon affiliate link, I may make a commission off the sale, if you can find them cheaper elsewhere, go for it)
How many times have you been in the field and your fuses tripped, but you didn't have any other fuses with you to replace? Never for me... So solutions to problems that don't exist, we call that, preventative. :D
Knowledge was the reason for this box.
Printed with ASA (test one seen is PLA), 25 percent infil.
Box can be screwed together, but there is a nice fit without screws. This was mainly an oppurutntity to learn a few things about fusion 360.

Future plans:
Make a Positive side only version, this will be one inline breaker and direct negative wiring between each power pole. This will greatly reduce the cost.
Add a "AUX" and "BAT" text on the top of the plate ,so this doesn't get installed backwards.
Get Marine Grade Ring Connectors (#10)
Find a better solution to the power pole connector inserts. Right now they do okay, but would be best if glued in, which I'd like to avoid. My ultimate goal is to make them click in and stay in, somehow.
Maybe have a wall between both Circuit Breakers, so that there are no accidents which can occur and fry something, thoughts?
I had a really good time building this box, ham radio dudes box.. the most interesting box in the world. Enough rambling, have a good one; enjoy.
