Description
For 1,75 mm filament;
60t big gear;
12t small one;
~727,566 E-steps for mm;
With J-Head clamp;
M4 bolts and nuts for the idler;
3 x 608 bearings;
With build in spacers for the bearings;
Build in supports for the extruder body and JHead clamp for direct print;
If the teeth of the small gear don`t broke, it sould be operational...
04.02.2015 - Uploaded 10t small gear - just in case. ~873 e-steps for this config.
05.02.2015 - 10t small gear - fixed. There have been a 2 degree error in 1 of the teeth.
22.02.2015 - Uploaded Extruder Body with better supports. Some photos of the thing.
Uploaded Extruder Body for Bowden type one. !!! It is for M6 PTFE tube connector not for this in right on the photos!!! Some photos.
The design is still with 2 mm filament hole. I reopened it with 2 mm drill after printing. Will fix this shortly.
JHead type printed with ABS, all parts on 0.2 mm layer, 40% infill.
Bowden type printed with ABS, all parts except the gears on 0,2 mm (0,1 mm for gears), 40% infill. And some acetone bath for most of them :).
Remake of filament entry hole also will be made shortly.
22.02.2015 - Uploaded Ver.2 extruder bodies. 2.4 mm filament hole and 8 to 2.4 mm entry hole.
Uploaded Ver.2a of Extruder Bodies, idler and Jhead clamp - without counter bores on motor mounts, idler pivot and clamp.
