This is a 3D printable scissors I designed recently. It has a round tip and all plastic parts, so it could be safe to use for kids. There is a "Lefty" version for lefty-hand use.
Although the design is based on the safety needs of kids, there are risks when printing or using inappropriately. Please use it carefully. I do not assume any responsibility for any consequences caused during this model.
