When scaling, ensure that the print's z-height is a multiple of the layer height to ensure a proper fit. - The model is designed for 1.6mm z-height. - 0.8mm up to 2.2mm z-height are tested and PrusaSlicer 3mf project files are attached. - 2.2mm being the largest scale possible to arrange on a MK4 build plate. Size of the finished Puzzle at given proportionally scaled z-height : Kitcard 1.6mm = 170 x 120 x 60 mm Only-Parts 0.8mm = 85 x 60 x 30 mm (Absolutely needs glue for the ribs) 1.0mm = 106 x 75 x 38 mm (Possibly needs glue for the ribs) 1.2mm = 128 x 90 x 45 mm 1.4mm = 149 x 105 x 53 mm 1.6mm = 170 x 120 x 60 mm 1.8mm = 191 x 135 x 68 mm 2.0mm = 213 x 150 x 75 mm 2.2mm = 234 x 165 x 83 mm Print Advice: - Print Speed & Bed Adhesion: - Print the first layer at a maximum speed of 20mm/s, ideally lower. Some parts still contain rather sharp and small details. The Kit Card version can assist with bed adhesion if the only-parts version presents issues. Print Bed & Color Swap: All puzzle parts are oriented so that the outward-facing side of the model is the side touching the print bed. This ensures that a color-swapped print always displays the same color on the exterior. This might be an opportunity to showcase your fancy holo or patterned bed.
