InnerSpacer

This is an accessory for a Stanley Powerlock 25' tape measure (Model 33-425) that facilitates accurate measurements of inside dimensions. While this Stanley tape measure already features a 3" housing that can be used to do essentially the same thing as this model, I find it difficult to read the dimension where the tape exits the housing and also find that housing is sometimes too big to reach the surface I want to measure. This "InnerSpacer" solves both problems by creating a small, thin probe on the back end, and a sharp, well defined edge on the front end making it easier to read the dimension accurately. As the debossed text suggests, you'll need to add 6" to the dimension read.

To install the tape measure, extend the tip of the tape through the opening towards the front, line up the notch at the front of the tape measure body with the crossbar above the opening and rotate the tape measure clockwise until seated.
