K8200/3DRag Dual Z axis with 10x2mm trapezoidal leadscrew

This is a mod from the excellent donboy's design : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222245.

I've used two 10x2 mm trapezoidal threaded rods. They have two interesting qualities : they are more rigid and with a pitch of 2 mm they have a round steps/mm number.

I only have designed the modified pieces. You'll need to get the others from donboy's files.
