Description

This is a fully 3D printed filament rack that is designed to fit on any printer with a 220 mm bed or larger. The design is modular and can easily be stacked on itself.

Print Instructions

I printed my parts with 10 percent cubic infill with 3 layer thick walls but you can adjust that to your liking. I would recommend tree supports on the brackets and couplers. I strongly recommend mouse ears on the shafts otherwise you will probably have bed adhesion issues. As far as material, PLA works great but this design can easily be printed out of whatever other material you would like to use (other than TPU but I assume you know that).

Assembly

All parts should friction fit to each other but if you have loose parts then you can glue them together. If your parts fit too tightly try using a rubber mallet to get them together or adjust their scale in the slicer for a better fit.

Each story requires 2 brackets, 2 mirrored brackets, 2 small shafts, and 2 shafts

4 shafts are requires to elevate a story on top of another story
