Crown of Ash Insert Enhancer

Improve the insert for the Kickstarted boardgame Crown of Ash.

This is a number of trays that fit into the original insert. They make it much easier to set up and tear down the game. There is also a "card lifter" that helps getting the small cards out of the well.
