So, if you have a 4mm rod inside flower pot, that's meant to hold your flower leaves, these little "octopussies" will have 6 hooks to hold shoots onto place.

Two slightly different versions, doesn't matter which you print actually, which one you prefer more. Works good for my Monstera deliciosa tho.
