Description
If you find yourself as perplexed as I was (and all the folks in the reddit thread as well) that the Toughsystem Compatible charger won't fit on you Toughsystem 2.0 storage solutions, you're in luck! This custom adapter will allow you to connect the DEWALT FLEXVOLT fan-cooled multiport fast charger (P/N DCB104) to a Toughsystem 2.0 stacking tool box.
The part is modeled so that you can use either an ISO-standard M4 nut and fastener or some self-tapping fasteners for plastic like DeltaPT or EJOT screws. I recommend clipping the adapters into your TS2.0 toolbox first, then bolting the charger to them to make sure spacing is correct.
The adapters can be printed upright without any supports by most modern printers! I used PLA with two shell layers and 50% infill and didn't run into any issues. The two sides are identical so just print 2x of these parts to start 'stackin!
