Description

There's a tray that holds the three technology decks (unsleeved), and a tray that holds the four stacks of technology tiles.

If you put the card tray in a well in the existing insert first, then put the tile tray on top of it, the height matches the well height. Put the Ravager deck in the gap above the card tray, and then put a baggie with the dice across everything to stabilize it.

Assuming you pack the board and other tiles in as tightly as possible, the contents should stay stable even if the box is jostled around.

Finally, there is a per-player tray (print it four times). The 16 robots, two discs, and three starting technology tiles all fit in it.

It's been sized for my printer and filament (Bambu A1, 0.4mm nozzle, Sunlu PLA+) but there's a "test" version of the tray you can print which gives you two sizes for the discs, and 16 different sizes for the robots so you can dial in the exact size for your setup.

If you print the test tray, the bottom disc well is 15.1mm, and the top disc is 15.2mm. For the robots, the diameter increases from the lower left, working rightward and upward. For me, the twelfth slot (the first slot on the top row, numbering from zero) was the best fit so that's the default. Adjust the OpenSCAD parameters appropriately in the playerTray module.

If you're not comfortable using OpenSCAD, simply scaling the entire print (ideally just in X and Y) by a tiny amount could work too.

A warning — at least in my copy, the blue tokens are about 0.2mm larger in diameter than the other three colors, making for too tight of a fit in the model as printed. If yours is the same way, there's a separate version of the model for this case.
