Tig Welding Filler Rod Rack For Side of Welding Cart

I wanted a slim rack for filler rods that I could mount on the side of my welding cart but I couldn't find what I wanted so FTIJPI!

It uses clear plastic 4' Fluorescent Light bulb guards for T8 bulb that are available from your local home center (I got mine from Lowes). Set one rack down low and one up high, cut the tubes to length (easily cuts with scissors) and then slide the tubes into the racks and you're set! The upper is fully open on the main holes but the lower has a floor to support the tubes and the filler rods.

Height is fully adjustable for your setup. Just make sure to line the upper rack directly above the lower when you mount them. The fit on the plastic tubing is tight, so if they're not aligned the tubes might not fit.

The drawing uses M5 brass threaded inserts (melted/installed) into the back of the rack. I also included a drill guide to use so your bolt hole spacing is correct.
