Honda Izy lawnmower - wheel bush - flanged

Size 13mm (ID) x 27mm (OD) x 20mm deep

These replacement bushes are an upgrade on the original parts.

The bushings on my old Honda lawnmower all failed. I found it difficult to find replacements or flanged bearing to fit the original wheels / axle.

Two bushings are required for each wheel, a full set would consist of 8 bushes and 4 spacers. Note that if the spring washes (located on the axle between the wheel and the body of the mower) is also damaged then you could replace it with a an additional spacer.

Fitting - remove old bushings from the wheels and also the broken bushing parts (the broken bushings will likely look like small spacers) from the stub axles.
Push fit two bushings to each wheel (one fits on the inside and one on the outside of the wheel). Apply grease / oil to the stub axles.
Ensure the original spring washer is fitted to the axle (between the wheel and the body of the mower).
Fit the wheel
Add the spacer (washer) between the wheel and the axel nut
Tighten the axle nut.
Check for free running of the wheel, sand the inside of the bushing if necessary.

Print in ABS / Nylon or similar hard wearing material with 100% infill.
