Description

The Decent Scale is a great scale, and has bluetooth compatible with the Smart Espresso Profiler app (the Naked Portafilter Smart Espresso Profiler device is fantastic--highly recommended). However, the scale is very tall, and way too wide to fit the Flair 58 with the screen facing forward. So, I created this stand that lifts the Flair 58 above the scale.

This stand is sized for exact fit to the Flair 58 and Decent Scale, with rubber feet added to the bottom of the stand. Cheap 2-3mm thick peal and stick feet from Amazon work great (see pictures). The scale sits inside a cradle such that no part of it is in contact with anything, except the bottom taper around the rubber pad (see pictures). I designed the stand this way so the scale can't accidentally be nudged into contact with the stand.

The stand is very sable while pulling shots--more stable than the machine by itself!
