Comprehensive Sorting/Sizing Tray for Fasteners and Spare Parts

With new printers come new fasteners. Over the years I have had Mk3(S)(+), Mk4(S), Mini(+), and XL-1TH and XL-5TH printers from Prusa, and a growing number of spare parts. I found @SpongyBob_8783's parts tray super useful, but it was realy showing its age as many of the newer fasteners used by Prusa were not included.

So I went through my parts collections as well as many Prusa assembly manuals to collect a comprehensive list of fasteners in use by current and past generations of their printers (and I'm sure, I probably still have missed some 🙂 ☹).

But here's my stab at a comprehensive sorting and sizing tray, which I hope you may find useful. Obviously, it will work with screws for other printers as well but I have no idea what specific fasteners other printers are using.

Print instructions
I suggest printing it with 0.2mm layer height, structural profiles. See the 3mf file for configuring the 2 color print (manual filament swap at 1.4mm). I used PETG but obviously PLA is fine too.
