Xbox One/Series Battery 18650 USB Type-C

I have redesigned the project to make it more ergonomic, durable, and compatible with both the Xbox ONE and the Series. One of my biggest frustrations was that the battery would disconnect every time I used the controller, causing it to shut off. Additionally, the 90º corner of the cover was sharp and would pinch my fingers. In this new design, those issues have been addressed.

The design requires printing support for the locks so that they can be removed later. Without this support, the locks may become damaged, brittle, or difficult to fit into the controller. Initially, fitting the locks can be a bit tricky because they are not smooth, which helps prevent disconnections during gameplay.

The project includes two versions: one that uses insert nuts and one that does not. If you choose not to use an insert nut, the holes are designed for M2.5 screws, which are commonly used in laptops. Feel free to choose the version that works best for you.

Additionally, the project has been adapted to use a TP4056C module (Type-C):

• 1x TP4056C (Remember, it's Type-C)
• 8x M2.5 screws (for the version without insert nut)

Or

• 1x TP4056C (Remember, it's Type-C)
• 8x insert nuts
• 8x screws according to your nut specifications

I haven't developed the version with a voltmeter yet; that will be part of a future edition.

Eu redesenhei o projeto para torná-lo mais ergonômico, resistente e compatível com o Xbox ONE e o Series. Um dos meus maiores incômodos era que a bateria desconectava sempre que eu usava o controle, fazendo-o desligar. Além disso, o canto da tampa, que tinha um ângulo de 90º, era pontudo e machucava meus dedos. Neste novo projeto, esses problemas foram resolvidos.

O design requer suporte na impressão das travas para que elas possam ser removidas depois. Sem esse suporte, as travas podem ficar danificadas, quebradiças ou difíceis de encaixar no controle. Inicialmente, pode ser um pouco complicado encaixar as travas, pois elas não são lisas, o que ajuda a evitar desconexões durante o jogo.

O projeto inclui duas versões: uma que usa porcas de inserção e outra que não usa. Se você optar por não usar a porca de inserção, os furos são compatíveis com parafusos M2.5, que são comumente utilizados em notebooks. Sinta-se à vontade para escolher a versão que preferir.

Além disso, o projeto foi adaptado para utilizar um módulo TP4056C (tipo C):

• 1x TP4056C (Lembre-se, é tipo C)
• 8x Parafuso M2.5 (para a versão sem porca de inserção)
