Description
TPU Sword.
The Sword Base is a rigid body made from 2 Poles 10mm in diameter and 144cm long.
I used Old fiberglass Tent Poles.
the handle has a place for weights to balance the sword.
I close the handle and the hard with a black nylon thread.
The blade is connected with some super glue close to the core.
The Hendal and guard are printed with 4 walls with 50% infill so it will be less flexible.
The Blead is printed with 1 wall thickness 1 top button layer and 5% infill for maximum flexibility.
