Hand Drill Handle - 1/2-20 UNF Drill Chuck

This is a small palm sized handle for a drill chuck with a 1/2"-20 UNF thread on the back side of it.

There are 2 versions, one that has a 1/2"-20 UNF stud with a 10-32 thread for a center bolt (optional most likely), and one that is a 1/2"-20 UNF recess if you want to use a piece of threaded rod and go that route.

I have printed the stud version and it works quite well. I have not printed the recess version but can't imagine there would be any issues with it.

There are 2 recesses in the face where the chuck mates to for protrusions on the chuck I used. The larger recess is 30mm in diameter and 2.5mm deep. The smaller center recess is for the metal threaded insert on my chuck and is 20mm in diameter and 5mm deep.
