Description
The Creality Ender 3 V3 KE is plagued with the instability of the Z-axis after doing the usual mods of installing reinforcement of the gantry and TPU feet, the performance still didn't improve much.
I noticed that when checking for stability the motor side of the gantry flexed more compared to the right side. I designed this spacer to be able to snugly fit under the extruder motor to support the gantry.
The initial results were quite good, the flex on the motor side extrusion was noticeably less and it is comparable to the other side, This means that the whole gantry can be able to flex as once.
Upon checking with a test of input shaping the results were confirmed with a higher maximum recommended acceleration which surpassed the max accel of the machine which is 8k mm/s2
