20x20x1インチのフィルターを使用して、自作空気清浄機を作成する際に使用するクリップです。

リミックス作品となっており、ベースはコルシ・ローゼンタールフィルターコーナークリップ作品を使用させていただきました。
・組み立て
フィルターの向きに注意してください。強度を保つために折り目が縦になるように側面を組み立てて下さい。
また、一辺の長さが合うようにフィルター同士を交差させてコーナークリップにはめこんでください。

蓋は、フィルター部分を傷めないように注意しながら、厚紙の部分に引っ掛けてください。
強度を上げるために、両面テープやガムテープを用いても良いです。
・注意点
底面にはフィルターを使用していません。
送風機に被せるようにして、使用します。
送風機が、なんでも使えるところが利点です。

サーキュレーターや、扇風機など真上の面に向けて送風します。
注意点としては、できる限り送風する面を、ボックスの上面に密着させてください。
送風地点が床に近すぎると、乱流が発生します。

まず、ボックスの横に台と送風機を置いて、高さを合わせてからボックスを被せてみてください。

うまく行けば、上方にろ過された空気が押し出され、側面から空気を吸引して空気を清浄化していくはずです。

○Lid clips for a homemade air purifier box

These are clips used when making a homemade air purifier using a 20x20x1 inch filter.

This is a remix work, and I used the Corsi Rosenthal Filter Corner Clip work as a base. Thank you.

・Assembly
Please be careful about the orientation of the filter. To maintain strength, please assemble the sides so that the creases are vertical.
Also, please cross the filters so that the length of one side matches, and then insert them into the corner clip.

Attach the lid to the cardboard part, taking care not to damage the filter part.
You can also use double-sided tape or packing tape to increase the strength.

Notes
The bottom of the box does not have a filter.
It is used by placing it over a fan.
The advantage is that you can use any fan.

For example, you can use a fan or a ceiling fan to blow air towards the top of the box.
As a precaution, try to keep the surface of the box as close to the top of the box as possible.
If the air is blown too close to the floor, turbulence will occur.

First, place the stand and fan next to the box, and then try covering the box after adjusting the height. Make sure it is stable so that there is no gap with the floor.

If it works, the filtered air should be pushed upwards, and the air should be sucked in from the sides to purify the air.
