Transformers ONE Orion Pax Cosplay Helmet

Orion Pax from Transformers ONE inspired this helmet.

The profile size has been made to fit a small person, so you will need to resize the parts if you require a bigger print that fits a large person.
Huge prints will require the two primary pieces to be cut in half again to fit the hotplate.
When cutting the model's two primary pieces again, ensure the cut is directly down the middle of the model to avoid asymmetry.
If resizing the model, make sure you select all the parts and resize them at the same time, otherwise the connectors will not fit.

SUPPORTS ARE REQUIRED!
Support data is already painted, but if you lose it for some reason, set the three panels that are painted to “auto- normal - snug” and the two primary parts to “tree - hybrid”, the bottom half can be “auto” but the top half of the helmet needs to be “manual” and painted, otherwise a support will try to generate beyond the print plate and cause issues; you only need to paint the very bottom and the inside of the top. “Touching Build plate only” setting is advised. Brims aren't needed.

To prevent the two cheek panels from being put on wrong, one side has circle pegs and the other has square pegs.
The cheek and forehead panels were cut from the base mesh to reduce filament waste from colour changes, and also to reduce print time.

The 3MF was made in Bambu Studio, so all paint data, including connectors, may not show up when imported into other slicers. (except Creality Slicer; both 3MFs open fine.)

Whilst provided, use the RAW STL at your own risk; it has not been levelled at the base, it has no connectors, it is not cut up. It won't fit in most machines, including an X1C, without being cut up.
If you cut the STL up yourself instead of using the 3MF, ensure you add and apply any connectors, otherwise attaching the parts together will be very difficult. The best position for cutting is in-line with the helmet's front “cap”, where your eyebrows will sit. This way, the cap will be flat on the build plate and reduce the amount of supports required.
