1. Revised hopper insert wall thickness for better tolerances. This improves ejecting card into the collecting box.
2. Revised collecting tray for better tolerances with quality of life improvements and less material use.

1. Revised hopper insert to snuggly fit.
2. Revised hopper insert wall angles to allow easier loading.
3. Revised collection tray insert to snuggly fit.
4. Revised collection tray insert to include angles for for better card acceptance.

12/5/2024 Update:
1. Revised scanner Body for less materials and no supports.
2. Revised collection box height and shallowed the angle of the bottom
3. Revised rollers to prevent unwanted linear movement while scanning. *You will need to print this twice.
4. Revised crank for better fit with rollers.
5. Possibly works without sleeves without significant adjustments. *Further testing required.
6. Fixed issue with needing weight for last few cards to be scanned.
7. Minor quality of life adjustments.

I rebuilt it from the ground up to allow
1. Stepper motor to be mounted and used in the future.
2. 100 Single Sleeved Cards to be scanned, further testing required for double sleeve.
3. Adjustable and replaceable separators
4. Repaired .stl files with issues like "Not water tight"
5. Easy to access areas for jams, or adjustments.
6. Less printed material.
7. Adjusted sizes for tighter tolerances.

Only tested with Delver Lens on iPhone 13 PRO Max
Face the scanner towards your light source to prevent glares.

Recessed holes on the scanner are for M3105 Brass threaded inserts.

I think the rollers are 16mm sink gaskets over the 17mm rollers.

Printed on Creality K1C with Creality Print using stock settings and firmware.

4. Code for Arduino- "This will be the last information updated"
