Wall mount for "Topton Firewall Soft Router N100"

The bracket is suitable for the mini PC sold as “Topton pfSense Firewall Soft Router N6000 N5105 N100 4x i226-V 2.5G LAN NVMe Barebone Fanless Mini PC HDMI2.0 DP AES-NI OPNsense” on Aliexpress (as of Nov 2024).

It replaces the base plate of the device.

The fan bracket is suitable for a 120 mm fan. I connected this to the 12 V power supply for the CPU fan inside the case.

The wall bracket allows you to suspend a 3.5” hard disk with cable ties. This prevents any vibrations and reduces noise to an absolute minimum.

I have printed the two elements horizontally so that no supports are required.
To avoid temperature or creep deformation, I recommend ABS or ASA if you have a suitable printer.

Since there seem to be different variations of the case, I recommend checking the dimensions for the fan bracket and the base plate before printing. You can find the screenshots in the pictures. I have also uploaded the Freecad files. You can use them to make your own adjustments if necessary.

Update: Please ensure that the hard disk is mounted as vertically as possible. Horizontal mounting is of course also possible. However, ensure that it is not hanging at an angle, as shown in my photo. Hard disks do not like this and it leads to problems. I corrected this later and the hard disk now works without any problems.
