Description
This is an end-bracket for a ClosetMaid-style shelving system which has a "shorter style" front. I made this for the shelving system that I purchased and installed.
I printed in PLA at 100% infill. I gave it the old "pull and tug and bend really hard test" and it didn't budge.
File "ClosetMaid_End_Bracket_-Molly_Flange_Clearance_supports.stl" should print with supports (very small supports are needed). A pocket is included for a plastic molly / wall anchor flange.
File "ClosetMaid_End_Bracket-_No_Molly_Anchor_Flange_Clearance_no_supports.stl" prints without supports, and doesn't have a pocket for a plastic molly / wall anchor flange.
File "ClosetMaid_Wall_Bracket_V2.stl" is an update in which I removed some unnecessary material, strengthened the part, shortened the holder component, and increased the gap for the shelf rod for some installation mercy. I'm about to print and instal this new version for a shelf, so this is untested. Also. this shorter version should work with any height shelf - as I found out, ClosetMaid has some different height bends on the front of the shelves.
It is not technically a remix as I designed it from scratch, but this took inspiration from thing 6455564 by shinyphish.
Update 15-Feb-26:
For the file "ClosetMaid_Wall_Bracket_V2.stl,” I removed some unnecessary material.
