Coin Organiser (NZ)

I liked mrule's idea of organising loose change (what a concept!) so I made a version of his design that accepts New Zealand coinage.

There are five coins in common use in NZ so I renamed mrule's original file to 4_coin_holder.scad and extended a copy called 5_coin_holder.scad that supports five coins. The appropriate file then gets included by the files that simply specify the coin sizes (coin_organizer_us.scad & coin_organiser_nz.scad).

This doesn't even come close to fitting on the CupCake build platform. When I get around to printing it I'll probably end up splitting it into two pieces that snap together somehow. I'll make this a parameter so it will still support versions that would fit on the build platform.

I also might make it fully parametric so it can support an arbitrary number of coin denominations.

Please note that while my version includes support for US currency I don't actually own any so mrule's should be treated as the definitive US version. :)
