Begode Blitz - Seat

I provide all my 3D designs for free but if you want to contribute send me a tip. 😊 A seat for the Begode Blitz. The seat can be lifted and slid backwards for access to the Blitz trolley handle, once trolley handle is in upward position you can either leave seat as is or put it back. Sliding mechanism consists of two different rigid parts underneath the seat, both attached with Velcro, the seat will not move on it's own as it needs to be lifted up quite a bit. Printing Instructions: I prefer to print the seat itself in TPE 83A as it makes it very comfortable, it's possible to print the seat in TPU 95A as well but you need less infill and it will not be as comfortable. The holder parts I printed with PLA+, any rigid material will be up to the task. I print with a 0.6 nozzle and will provide perimeter sizes in mm as well for easy conversion. Seat: Walls: 2 (1.24mm) Top/Bottom Layers: 4 Infill: For TPE83A use 10% Gyroid, for TPU95A use 5% Gyroid Supports: Tree supports Holders: Walls: 3 (1.5mm) Top/Bottom Layers: 3 Infill: 15% Grid Supports: Not needed Installation: 1) Install Velcro on the wheel as in the photo 2) Install Velcro at the bottom of the holder parts 3) Install the holders onto the seat 4) Carefully align and lay the seat down on top of the wheel to align the holders perfectly
