UppaBaby Vista Footrest Hinge (Half)

Edit: Version 1 sheered at the layer between the flat face and the peg. Adjusted version 2 to reduce stress concentration at that joint, add a few degrees of movement to remove the collision of the lower and upper half of the joint, and adjusted print settings to add additional rigidity and support where the last print broke.

Replacement half for an UppaBaby Vista Footrest Hinge. Printed in PETG with 15% infill, 10 walls, and 10 top and 25 bottom layers

You'll need to drill out the rivets that hold the hinge in place. The internal hinge gear and spring were reused from the original. Rivets were replaced with #8 x 3/4" machine screws and secured with blue loctite.

The other half of my hinge was intact, but I may have time to model it if the need is there.
