PicoBETH HW2 Part-E 3D-Printed version

The 3D-printed version of Part-E for the PicoBETH HW2 hardware layout, an open-source badminton stringing machine, simplifies the assembly process and improves the installation and maintenance of the limit switch holders.

Changelog

V3.0

• Redesigned the front and rear limit switch holders with a new clamp-style mounting method.
  The holders can be installed and removed without tools.

• Added a mechanical safety stop design to both the front and rear limit switch holders.
  If a limit switch fails, the mechanical stop can prevent the sliding platform from continuing to move, helping protect the load cell from damage.

Installation Notes

1. The front and rear limit switch holders use the same style of design.
   Please choose the correct holder according to the wall thickness.
   Install the front limit holder in the normal direction, and rotate the rear limit holder 180 degrees for installation, as shown in the photos.

2. Each limit switch is fixed with M3 x 5 mm plastic self-tapping screws x2.

3. The original V2.0 rear limit switch mounting base should be moved under the rear bearing block to support the V3.0 holder.

開源羽毛球穿線機 PicoBETH HW2 硬體佈局組件 E 的 3D 列印版，可簡化製作過程，並提升限位 switch 固定器的安裝與維修便利性。

V3.0

• 全新設計前後限位 switch 固定方式，改為夾式固定。
  固定座可不需工具進行安裝與拆卸。

• 前後限位 switch 固定器皆加入機械式安全限位結構。
  當限位 switch 失效時，可有效阻止滑台繼續移動，降低 load cell 因撞擊而損壞的風險。

使用說明

1. 前後限位器皆為相同樣式，請依照壁厚寬度選擇對應的限位座。
   前限位請正向安裝，後限位請反轉 180 度安裝，如照片所示。

2. 限位 switch 使用 M3 x 5 mm 塑膠自攻螺絲 x2 固定。

3. 原 V2.0 的後限位安裝座，請移至後軸承固定座下方，用來托住 V3.0 固定座。
