The 3D-printed version of Part-C for the PicoBETH HW2 hardware layout, an open-source badminton stringing machine, simplifies the assembly process and improves the convenience and reliability of cable management.
Starting from V2.0 and later, the cable fixing plate has been separated from the main body. This makes the 3D-printed part less likely to break when securing wires.
- M5 x 80mm screws x2 (for mounting to the Load Cell): Please ensure the use of standard M5 washers and tighten with a torque value of 2N.m.
- M4 x 16mm screws x4 (for mounting to the sliding table base): Please ensure the use of standard M4 washers and tighten with a torque value of 1.5N.m.
- M2 x 6mm plastic self-tapping screws x3 (required for V2.0 and later): Used to install the separated cable fixing plate.
- Material: Avoid using PLA, as its strength deteriorates over time. It is recommended to use high-strength materials for printing.
- Infill: This component is subject to significant stress; please set the infill density to 100% to extend its lifespan.
Note: Failure to use washers or to follow the specified torque values may result in component damage. Please pay close attention!

開源羽毛球穿線機 PicoBETH HW2 硬體佈局組件 C 的 3D 列印版,可簡化製作過程,並提升線材固定的便利性與可靠性。
自 V2.0 以後版本 起,固定電線用的固定片改為獨立分離式設計,可降低固定線材時造成 3D 列印組件斷裂的風險。
- M5 x 80mm 螺絲 x2(固定至 Load Cell): 請務必使用標準 M5 螺絲墊片,並以鎖緊扭力值 2N.m 安裝。
- M4 x 16mm 螺絲 x4(固定至滑台座): 請務必使用標準 M4 螺絲墊片,並以鎖緊扭力值 1.5N.m 安裝。
- M2 x 6mm 塑膠自攻牙螺絲 x3(V2.0 以後版本需要): 用於固定分離式電線固定片。
