Description
Have also a look at our other designs. https://www.thingiverse.com/kledolin/designs
I have searched Makita battery holders for our projects and I have found https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:352094. After trying it, I decided to make a design from scratch so this is the result.
We have printed it in ASA, since it is used for our model rocket lauch controller project and the batteries fit tight and flawless. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PKdEGNv1O8
Otherwise I would print it from ABS, but feel free to print it from other materials. You can use a schrinkage factor of 1,03 if it would be too tight.
I have used an original Makita contactor from a salvage machine. You can use also the original rubber cylinders, the front ones need some super glue. You can print them out from TPU.
You need 4 pcs M3*10 countersink screws to mount the fixtures for the contactor.
