Description
yes there are plenty of organizers on thingiverse but none of them would work for me for a few reasons not one of them has a top to lock down the set, this set stays in my suberban for emergency break downs and the wrenches would be all over the place in a few weeks of driving making the holders useless,I have not ben able to find a holder online with a top either the few I did find are either 10 or 11 slots,I can go with a roll up but again either 10 or 11 slots and they are all metric and marked with metric sizes,I did find a 15 metric roll up on amazon and will be ordering it still cant find a roll up for the SAE wrenches everything now days is Metric
so these holders are custom made for these brand of wrenches different company wrenches are different handle thickness's so even the SAE wrenches will not fit into the metric holder so I make no guaranties that these will work for any other brand
I recommend printing a end and let the printer run for a few layers then stop the printer and test the templet on your wrenches
I purchased these 30 years ago and have never broken a single socket or wrench,I did break a thin wall using a impact gun that was my fault not the fault of the socket,I tried to find this brand and they don't make the any more and are considered antique now,I purchased them in a auto parts store and they was top line when I purchased them
I have completely rebuilt quite a few engines for friends and many many highway break downs so in my opinion this is a pretty well built set of tools
