Asus ROG Ally Stick Locks

Description

Prevent your Asus ROG Ally from getting stick drift while in transit with this 20-minute 10 cent print! These stick locks prevent your joysticks from moving and getting crushed while in a bag in transit. This helps prevent stick drift long term.

Print Settings

• Layer Height: .15mm Quality
• Infill: 5% (there is basically no infill)
• Supports: None
• Material: PLA recommended, this PLA works well for me¹

Design Notes

The current design has one side that is concave that matches the contour of the device near the sticks. The concave side should be facing down (towards the device) when inserting the stick locks. You can add a material change during the print if you want the sides to be more clear with colors.

As the comments have found, these stick locks do work on other types of controllers, but I also have made versions tuned for other types of controllers:
