Description

Based on this template with Raspi 4 in 3D printing:
http://www.stefanv.com/electronics/a-compact-home-made-raspberry-pi-tablet.html

Parts:
- Raspi 4 with heat sink set
- USB-C socket with cables (see photo, e.g. Ebay)
- simple USB-C and USB-A sockets for solder mounting
- Dislpay, e.g. https://www.berrybase.de/offizielles-raspberry-pi-7-display-mit-kapazitiven-touchscreen
- USB 2.0 sound card, e.g. https://www.berrybase.de/usb-2.0-soundkarte-mit-stereo-kopfhoerer-ausgang-und-mikrofon-eingang?c=354
- Powerbank module LX-LBC3.1 with USB-C >AND< USB-A socket. The version without USB-A does not work in this setting!!! (AliExpress or Amazon)
- Lion battery 3.7V / 10,000mah, 100 x 60 x 10-15mm
- Realtime clock if necessary, e.g. https://www.berrybase.de/ds3231-real-time-clock-modul-fuer-raspberry-pi. Preferably with larger button cell CR2032 (see photo).
- Spring from a ballpoint pen, 32mm length
- 6 screws M3 x 16mm, 6 nuts M3
- 4 pieces M3 x 15mm plus (plastic) nuts
- Double-sided adhesive tape for battery
- Silicone adhesive for the display
- Hot glue gun

The Raspi and the display must be prepared as described by Stefan Vorkoetter (see above). Desoldering the double USB3 socket and soldering the single USB3 socket is not trivial!!!
The RTC and the power supply are soldered directly to the header, all headers are shortened. USB audio is soldered to the vacated USB2 soldering points.
The Display-Rahmen.obj and Unterteil.obj must be printed in, for example, 0.2 mm thickness, the power bank module frame with switch for the power supply in 0.1 mm.
Printed with PLA (ABS or PETG will certainly also work). All screw holes are blind for a better printing result and must be drilled out.
The Raspi gets very warm during operation, hence the many ventilation openings.

The tablet runs very well with the Raspi 4!

In Anlehnung an diese Vorlage mit Raspi 4 in 3D-Druck:
http://www.stefanv.com/electronics/a-compact-home-made-raspberry-pi-tablet.html

Teile:
• Raspi 4 mit Kühlkörpersatz
• USB-C Buchse mit Kabeln (siehe Foto, zB Ebay)
• einfach USB-C und USB-A Buchsen für Lötmontage
• Dislpay, z.B. https://www.berrybase.de/offizielles-raspberry-pi-7-display-mit-kapazitiven-touchscreen
• USB 2.0 Soundkarte, z.B. https://www.berrybase.de/usb-2.0-soundkarte-mit-stereo-kopfhoerer-ausgang-und-mikrofon-eingang?c=354
• Powerbankmodul LX-LBC3.1 mit USB-C > UND < USB-A Buchse. Die Version ohne USB-A funktioniert in diesem Setting nicht!!! (AliExpress oder Amazon)
• Lion-Akku 3,7V / 10.000mah, 100 x 60 x 10-15mm
• ggf. Realtime clock, z.B. https://www.berrybase.de/ds3231-real-time-clock-modul-fuer-raspberry-pi.
