Gentex SPH adapter to replace stoack foam with Bose ANR headset (no mic)

This adapter allow to replace the stock noise reduction foam with dismantle element of a Bose A20 ANR headset.

Despite the fact that it's an early design (solidworks file provide so you can modify/adapt) as the pilot was leaving EU for a 3 month mission in africa, this have proven reliability being used 6 days a week all day without any issue.

part were print with a elegoo mars2 with ABS resin

both ring can be used left or right depending on your preference
" pion vide" empty pin must be used on the wire side of speaker allowing wire to exit into the ring
" pion plein " filled pin must be used on the empty side of speaker

Assembly can rotate few degrees to help wearing the helmet and move during usage.
