HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor Mount

We needed to mount HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors onto our Arduino robot. I couldn't find one that had the right dimensions, so I made my own.

The sensor technically goes in upside down, which allows for easier access to the pins.

This mount is designed to fit M3 screws, however, smaller ones would probably work with some washers. The location of the screws is flexible thanks to the unique mount design.

The screw holes are recessed a little bit, which gives the sensor a little bit more clearance from the surface it is mounted onto as well.

Print Settings

Print with supports and if desired, with a brim. I would recommend setting the infill percentage to at least 60% and the number of perimeters to 3 to make it more rigid.
