Bosch Intuvia 100 Handlebar Mount

This is a mounting bracket for the Bosch Intuvia 100 bike computer. The Intuvia 100 screws to this mount and the mount can be attached to any handlebar or bar using zip ties.

The mount that comes with the Intuvia 100 only allows for the computer to be mounted one way. This makes it possible to mount the computer to any bar.

The build requires a single M3 bolt 20mm long and a matching bolt to secure the computer to the mount and a pair of small to medium zip ties to attach the mount to the bars.

The mount can be printed in several configurations. Printing with one of the long flat sides down works well without the need for supports. I also printed with the short flat side down on my Bambu X1C using supports to make the loops holding the computer stronger. Make sure to clean up the support material really well, as the tolerances on the hinge are very tight.
