stl works great. Print in clear PETG for best results. PLA may work fine as well. Insert from the front of the panel and clip the LED light socket on from the back.
I designed these with a 4mm diameter body and a 5mm diameter domed cap on top to hold it in place from the front. There's a 3mm diameter center portion that clips into the LED socket from the back. 1mm diameter hole through the center to carry the light to the front. Make as many as you need, perhaps even a few extra in case you break one putting it in place.
