Snake Skin Pattern Container Mold

A set for creating a silicone mold of a container with a snake skin pattern.

For printing use line width - 0.5 mm

1. Glue "SnakeGlass65mm" to "ForMoldSnakeGlassBase". I used acrylic glue. Wait until the glue sets.
2. Lubricate "ForMoldSnakeGlass" with Vaseline or another separating compound and attach to the structure obtained in point 1. I used plasticine. Pay attention to the tightness, because silicone is very fluid and will leak through the thinnest crack until it hardens.
3. Pour two-component silicone into the resulting form. I used tin-based silicone.
4. When the silicone hardens, break the plastic (disposable set) and remove the finished silicone container mold.
5. "FrameMSG" is used to ensure that the container retains its geometry after pouring plaster or other material into the mold. 6) Glue "FrameMSG" to any flat surface and place the "forcup" formwork for pouring silicone, gluing it to the same surface so that the lid itself is inside the formwork and does not touch it. Fill with silicone and wait until it hardens.
6. When removing "FrameMSG" from hardened silicone, the plastic lid itself may break. The silicone mold for the lid must be carefully cut as shown in the photo with the number "7" otherwise the products cannot be removed from the mold without damage.
