Modulares Sprühdosen-Magazin für Schrankeinbau

Dieses Sprühdosen-Magazin habe ich für den Einbau in einen 50cm Schrank entworfen. Es passen dort sechs der Module nebeneinander und entsprechender Höhe hinein (bei mir acht Ebenen, was 48 Dosen-Plätze ergibt). Es passt auf die üblichen 400ml-Acryldosen mit 20cm Länge und 66mm Durchmesser.
Geduckt wurde es mit 0,15mm/Layer und 15% Infill bei 2 Wandstärken. Das Gewicht pro Modul liegt bei ca. 75g und einer Druckzeit von 3 Stunden. Verwendet habe ich weißes PLA, was dort sehr gut funktioniert, da keine Hitze oder Sonnenlicht hinkommt.
Die Maße je Modul sind BxHxT: 78x82x159mm
Pass-Stifte habe ich keine gebaut, da ich es einfach zu einem Block verklebte, was dort wirklich gut hält.

I designed this spray can magazine for installation in a 50 cm cabinet. Six of these modules fit side by side at the appropriate height (in my case, eight levels, providing space for 48 cans). It is designed for standard 400 ml acrylic cans with a length of 20 cm and a diameter of 66 mm.
The modules were printed with 0.15 mm layer height and 15% infill, using two wall thicknesses. Each module weighs approximately 75 g and takes about 3 hours to print. I used white PLA, which works well since there is no exposure to heat or sunlight.
The dimensions per module are (W x H x D): 78 x 82 x 159 mm.
I didn’t include alignment pins, as I simply glued the modules into a solid block, which holds very well.
