Xiaomi Mi T500 toothbrush replacement button

After a fair few years my T500 button started falling apart and felt like it was letting in water. So I designed this replacement.

It needs to be printed in TPU else you wont be able to actual push it enough to press the button on the toothbrush. I used it normally for a few months and checked underneath, there wasnt any water ingress, obviously it wont be as good as a unbroken original as those are pretty much sealed but held up fine for me. I did wonder if I may need some form of silicon to seal it but held up fine.

All TPU's can differ, I feel like my TPU is fairly firm compared to something like Ninjaflex however your results may vary. If you dont get enough flex to press the button, you can always use the cut feature on your slicer to reduce the first/bottom layer by 0.2 or 0.4mm. It'll allow more flex.
