Additions to IKEA Grillskär

Here you find a few additions and improvements to IKEA Grillskär: Hooks of a few sizes, that fit a bit better than the standard hooks from IKEA, distance pieces to raise the legs if the floor is not level enough, and a three-part joiner piece. I have printed all those in PETG.
