Description
This is a replacement bottom rail for the score wheel in a vintage electromagnetic Gottlieb Pinball (Jack in the Box). The lever to release the score wheel often gets brittle and breaks off.
The original rails are mounted with brass rivets. Drill them out with a 2mm (or 3/32in) drill and mount the 3d printed replacement rail. Either secure it with M2 screws or use new 3/32in rivets.
The rail does not need any support. I recommend printing with PETG as it is more flexible than PLA and is better suited for bending the latch open to install the score wheel. Printing with 0.2mm layer height is fine.
